CEL is a parent participation program at Monta Loma.  CEL has classes at kindergarten, 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th and 5^th grades for 2007-08. 

The goals of the CEL program are to provide:

• A cooperative teaching environment
• A high standard of academic achievement
• Support of school-wide organizations
• School-wide volunteerism
• Promotion of parental education
• Outreach
• Community
